Jay started as an electrician’s helper and after working for another installation company, realized how much he enjoyed this line of work. Through sacrifice and commitment, Systems Automated was created. Although the name has changed a few times and the scope of capability has increased significantly, his goal remains the same – to install material handling systems while achieving the upmost customer satisfaction and helping people, specifically our team members, grow.

Janine has served as Vice President and CFO of Systems Automated from the very beginning. She does an excellent job of keeping our business financially stable and successful.

Jordan officially joined the team in 2012 but as the son of Jay and Janine Easley, he has been around the business his entire life. He is working his way to the top, starting as a Field Helper, and most recently being promoted from Installation Manager to Vice President of Customers Solutions.

Jessica officially joined the team in 2016 but, similar to Jordan, as Jay and Janine’s daughter, has been around it her whole life. After a few years spent using her teaching degree, Jessica found herself doing the one thing she said she never would – working for her parents. Starting as the receptionist, she has grown to fulfill the role of Career Path Manager and also assists the install team in various ways.

Todd joined the Systems Automated team in 2021. Before joining our team, Todd had a successful and varied career in law enforcement, with the focus being in a leadership role. His consciousness towards safety and efficiency is an asset to our team. As Shop Manager, he oversaw the panel and fabrication shop as well as the general warehouse, making sure our field team is fully equipped for installs. Recently, Todd was promoted to Vice President of Operations and now oversees the Engineering Department, Manufacturing and Fabrication Department and the Panel Building Department. He helps bridge the gaps between departments and works closely with our Installation Team to ensure projects are ready for a successful install.
